reformclub combines the foundations of classical Pilates with a modern, dynamic approach to movement. Every session is individually tailored to your body and goals, with expert guidance and a maximum of five clients per class. Absolutely. Pilates is suitable for all experience levels, including complete beginners. Every session at reformclub is tailored to your individual needs, helping you build strength, improve mobility and gain confidence at your own pace.
No experience is needed to start.
We highly recommend starting with our Intro Offer: 2 × 55 min Personal Training sessions. This allows us to assess your level, explain the equipment, focus on your individual goals, and place you in the right group with confidence.

Progression Small GroupDesigned for clients who are comfortable with the foundations and ready for a greater challenge. Expect more dynamic exercises, flowing transitions and increased strength, coordination and endurance.Best for: Clients with a solid Pilates foundation who want to progress their practice.
Yes. Pilates is often beneficial for people with back pain or previous injuries because every exercise can be adapted to your individual needs. At reformclub, sessions are tailored to your body, your goals and your current level of movement. If you're recovering from an injury, I recommend following the advice of your healthcare professional.
Absolutely. Pilates can help you stay strong, mobile and comfortable throughout pregnancy. Every session is individually adapted to your stage of pregnancy, and I recommend Personal Training to ensure you receive the safest and most personalised support
For the best results, I recommend 2–3 sessions per week. If you're new to Pilates, one session per week is a great place to start. Consistency is key to building strength, improving mobility, and feeling your best.
