Pilates focuses on strength, control, and core stability, with precise movements that improve posture and deep muscle strength.
Yoga, especially Awakening Yoga, combines postures, breath, and meditation, enhancing flexibility, mobility, balance, and inner calm.
Private sessions give you individualized guidance, hands-on corrections, and a program designed specifically for your body.
This means better alignment, deeper muscle activation, and stronger, faster progress. You move with intention, build real strength, and see noticeable improvements more quickly.
Private training is especially beneficial if you’re new to Pilates, managing pain, or looking for personalized support and accountability — but it’s powerful for anyone ready to elevate their practice and unlock their full potential.
