Pilates at Reformclub is a practice of precision, control, and strength. Rooted in classical Pilates principles, our sessions focus on mobility, flexibility, recovery, and functional strength.
With education-driven guidance and thoughtful progression, every movement is intentional—helping you move better, feel stronger, and unlock your body’s full potential.

The method includes over 500 exercises and is practiced on classic Pilates equipment—like the Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrel—or on the mat using props like the soft ball, magic circle, or light weights.
Our own practice—and the way we teach—are inspired by PILATESwiss®. The visceral method is rooted in neutral alignment, the alternating activation and release of the core and pelvic floor, and a conscious use of the breath. Together, these elements create an effective and deeply challenging full-body workout.

How to book your class
Classes can be booked via the SportsNow tool after you have purchased a lesson package.
If it’s your first class, we recommend starting with our trial package to get familiar with our Pilates approach and the visceral breath.

Pilates for Pregnancy
Mindful support for your changing body. Pilates maintains strength, posture, and balance, strengthens deep and pelvic floor muscles, and eases back tension. Equipment-based sessions gently strengthen and stretch, reducing discomfort and supporting smoother postnatal recovery.
Personal Training
While group classes are possible, we recommend personal training for a safe and confident practice during pregnancy. Sessions are adapted to your body’s changes, with monitored intensity and careful progression throughout your pregnancy.

Postpartum Pilates
Rebuild your pelvic floor, close diastasis recti, and reduce leaking and discomfort after childbirth. Reconnect with your body and restore deep core strength through Pilates.

Why Postpartum
Postpartum Pilates efficiently restores strength, core stability, and pelvic floor health while gently realigning posture after pregnancy. It safely rebuilds functional fitness, easing tension and boosting confidence as you recover and regain your strength.
Awakening Yoga
Awakening Yoga is a dynamic, modern movement practice that blends traditional yoga with functional strength training, mobility work, and fluid, circular transitions. Designed to build strength, flexibility, and body awareness, it combines breath-driven flow with creative, athletic sequencing.
The practice is available in both small group settings and personal training sessions, allowing for individualized guidance and hands-on support. Whether you prefer the energy of a group or the focused attention of one-on-one coaching, each session is tailored to help you move with strength, confidence, and awareness.
