Our story started with a simple hello at a teacher training in Zürich—and ended up opening this studio where we could share our passion for Pilates with others. Together, we’ve created a space where every session is intentional, challenging, and personal, and where community, growth, and well-being come first.

Meet Hati
I have been practicing Pilates for over 12 years and am currently deepening my knowledge through the 450-hour Pilates Teacher Training Program. Since 2025, I have been teaching Pilates with a special focus on visceral Pilates.
My passion is to help people feel a sense of well-being and to support them in developing their bodies and feeling healthy. In my teaching, I combine solid expertise with empathy and a genuine enthusiasm for the Pilates method to empower my clients in a sustainable and lasting way.

Meet Valeria
Pilates became my passion the moment a colleague introduced me to its strength, precision, and mindful movement. Following a knee injury, movement and rehabilitation became central to my life. Since 2017, I have been teaching group training, Yoga, and working as a personal trainer—always guided by a deep respect for how the body adapts, heals, and grows stronger.
As Pilates became part of my own routine, it transformed the way I move. Through ongoing education with Pilates and movement specialists, I developed a modern, functional approach that blends classical principles with strength, mobility, and mindful alignment. Pilates brought stability, balance, and awareness not only into my training, but into everyday life.
Supporting others on their journey—helping them move better, grow stronger, and feel confident in their bodies—is at the heart of my work.
